Deimel Doublestar BoltTone »Paper Moon White«

This is our first Doublestar BoltTone model, from which we developed all other Doublestars. This guitar is the essence of our desire to merge classic, well known guitar construction principles and to re-cook them. By using a very resonant one piece swamp ash body and a bolt on highly figured american maple with a rosewood fretboard, the tone gets accelerated through our Vibratone bridge, which combines the most well known vibrato feel with the twang of brass saddle bars.
Another twist on this simple looking guitar is our Deimel 90 pickup, which contains three different sounds by two taps! The result is a regular classic 8,2 kOhm output, a midrange hot tone with 11kOhm on one side and a twangy 5,8 kOhm on the opposite side of the toggle. The toggle has been prepared for this kind of ON/ON/ON use in special handmade way. A »Paper Moon White« ultra thin nitro finish and true tortoise celluloid pickguard define the look of this simple but versatile guitar with tons of tone under the hat!
