When importing a guitar/bass to your country which is not part of the European Union, you will be charged additional fees based on the declared value of the instrument. We are experienced to ship to many countries and we will be happy to assist you in advance with the import papers.
Please be aware that we do not ship guitar parts outside of the European Union. Please contact your local parts dealer.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return eligible item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible
Guitars and bass guitars that are manufactured on custom order are not eligible for return. The only exception is if the instrument has been sold and does not work.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
