Deimel Firestar »Natural Satin« w/ »Turquoise« aluminum anodized pickguard

A modernized way of the classic Firestar, this beauty features a one piece swamp ash body in natural satin, with a one piece bright turquoise anodized aluminum pickguard.
To make a visual clear contrast, the pickups and controls are in bright white. After researching JM-type pickups, we found Joe Barden Two-Tones being a very suitable set, as they offer their famous tapped output tone, meaning tapping on both HB coils in the same time, resulting in a brighter, still noise-cancelling tone! Tones range from Jazz/Rock/Blues to finer notes of Jazzmaster on tapped version. Thanks to its built-in piezo this guitar can be experimental, too!
The routing of the switch section from left to right out of the playing position is the following: piezo (on/off), serial/parallel on bridge pickup, surf switch.
