This is a private stock Deimel Firestar! We love to work directly with customers and sometimes we treat ourselves as such.
Deimel Firestar #243 has all features we love to see in a guitar.
The »Blue Coal« anodized aluminum pickguard was waiting for the right fit, which for us had to be this ultra light body in heavy weather checked »Silver Space« nitro! To make it all really special these first Mojo UK prototypes pickups with true metal cover (!) had to go in there! A very comforting vintage 59 JM kind of neck with its unique look of contrasting flame under amber tinted thin nitro rounds it all up to an outstanding playability and resonance.
The Mojo UK pickups transfer this very loud (even dry played) guitar to a very expressive tone! Combined with our classic sound options such as built in piezo disc, serial/parallel and surf switch effects a lot of subtile and experimental textures are possible too!
Not easy to let this one go, but we can built ourselves another one …
